Beginner

Intermediate

As you start to build shoulder mass, this intermediate programme introduces a range of more technical exercises designed to make your delts pop and take your strength to the next level.

Advanced

Requiring a careful warm-up routine, the advanced Boulder Shoulders plan introduces heavier weights and bigger sets to deliver maximal power and definition.
